The villa is 160 m2 large and consists of lounge with fire place, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a self contained guest studio that can sleep 2 more persons, with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with fire place. The construction was completed in June of 2001, and the villa has been operating since then. The furniture and equipment are kept in style with the traditional appearance of the villa.
Outside the villa, next to the little wood, there are a barbecue area and a traditional wine press. The villa is surrounded by large verandas with fantastic views over Souda Bay and the picturesque village of Gavalohori. In front of the villa we can find the swimming pool, surrounded by almond and oak trees.

The ground floor of the villa comprises a large open plan area consisting of lounge with open fire place, dining area and kitchen, going out on to a large covered veranda. Also on this level we can find one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as one bathroom.
On the upper floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom is isolated and it is accessible from inner stairs without a door.
On the lower ground floor there is a separate, self contained guest studio with a bedroom with two single beds, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
